Returns, Store Credit & Cancellations:

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days, Boost Factory reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on special order items.  Absolutely no returns on electronics! All shipping errors must be known by Boost FActory within 1 business day of receipt. All canceled orders will incur a 20% processing fee, special orders or shipped items are subject to a 35% processing fee and all refunds are for store credit only.  By accepting this order, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy.

In the event that you need to return / exchange a product do NOT call in. You must email sales@boostfactory.net with your full name and invoice number along with why you would like to return / exchange your order.
